I Watched My Alexander McQueen Shoes Tear in 3 Months and Got No Replacement


I’m very disappointed with the quality of my Alexander McQueen shoes. Both shoes started tearing within just three months of use—despite the fact that others wear this same model for years without any issues. I submitted them for inspection on January 2, 2025, and was kept waiting until April 18, 2025—over three months—with repeated promises that a replacement would be made.
After all that time and delay, I was finally told that no exchange could be offered. I find this completely unacceptable for a luxury brand that claims to stand behind its products. These shoes were not abused or worn under extreme conditions. I expected durability and long-term value given the price and brand reputation.
I am demanding either a full refund or a proper exchange. A brand like Alexander McQueen should not make customers chase after basic consumer rights for months. Please do what’s right and resolve this issue immediately.
