Alexander McQueen Shoes Opened at Seams – Denied Quality Issue
I received a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes from Beymen as a gift, but the seams started to come apart shortly after use. I took the shoes to the store for inspection, expecting a resolution. After an unnecessarily lengthy process, I was told there was “no quality issue.” This response is unacceptable—why would the seams tear if there weren’t a quality problem? Beymen’s handling of this matter is disappointing and unprofessional. I am requesting immediate assistance to resolve this issue. A brand of this stature should stand behind the quality of its products and offer better customer support. I demand an appropriate solution for these defective shoes.
