Buderus GB062 Combi Boiler Endless Repairs
My Buderus GB062 boiler gave a 6A error, and the service team has visited three times, replacing all parts without success. They even took it to their workshop, claiming it's a complex device like launching a rocket to the moon. After a week, they still hadn't identified the problem, and when I requested to replace it, they threatened me, saying the boiler legally needed to stay for a week. Dealing with a malfunctioning boiler in winter is not what I signed up for. Bosch, your service is praiseworthy, but this Buderus ordeal is another story.

Two days ago Bosch Buderus sales dealer Demirel Engineering/Atakum Samsun Our Buderus GB062 boiler, which we purchased in October 2019, gave an A6 error and remained unresolved. The company is not making a replacement, and it has been about a month. We were not given an invoice when we bought the boiler. Now that we are planning to take legal action, we requested the invoice, but the company has not provided it for a week, saying, "What are you going to do, take us to court?" I demand that my invoice be presented to me.
