“Buderus headquarters contacted me regarding my complaint, acted as an intermediary with the dealer, and resolved my issue. Unlike the customer representative who provided information when I first called about my complaint, they were very helpful.”

I purchased a brand-new Buderus GB 22 wireless T.C. 100 boiler from a Buderus dealer and had it installed and activated at my home by an authorized Buderus service center. However, the flue was not properly connected, and it fell off during strong winds. I contacted Buderus customer service to explain the situation, but the representative told me that Buderus bears no responsibility for the installation and that I needed to contact the installation team directly. I then asked if the Buderus authorized service activated the boiler without checking the suitability of the installation. For example, if there’s no appropriate fuse connected, the boiler is mounted with improper anchors, or the electrical cable attached to the boiler is as thin as a string, do they still proceed with activation? I also asked if Buderus takes no responsibility if these issues lead to a fire. After consulting with a supervisor, the representative reiterated that Buderus has no responsibility in this matter. I then requested to file a complaint about the team that performed the activation, but the representative said they could not create a report. I stated that I wanted to leave a written record regarding the service that conducted the activation of your product under the Buderus brand and asked who I should speak to about this. The representative gave no response. This is how Buderus provides service to its customers.
