I've been using the Ariston Alteas One fully condensing combi boiler, and I called for a service appointment before the warranty expired in September 2023. When I asked about extending the warranty, both the service team and customer support said it couldn't be done. I've now encountered the gas valve error twice in the last week. What's perplexing is that the last maintenance service was only a month ago. I'm frustrated by this situation; these mistakes happen out of nowhere, and I'm not to blame. If the boiler fails before the winter season even begins, it is your service team's responsibility to come out and replace the necessary parts. I'm looking for a solution to this problem, which is causing me significant inconvenience, and I'm also concerned about the quality and support of the Ariston Alteas One.
