Bosch Failed to Send Service for My Broken Boiler in Freezing Winter Weather

We bought our Bosch boiler about a year ago. On 11.12.2024, the transformer of the relevant electricity company in our neighborhood exploded. Many devices in the neighborhood broke down, and our boiler stopped working as well. On the same day, I called Bosch customer service and requested a service appointment. Considering it’s winter and very cold, I expected prompt assistance, but even after three days, the service team has not shown up. I called customer service again, and Ms. A**** suggested creating another urgent request. Are you kidding me? It’s winter, the house is freezing, and where is the service team?
