BtcTurk Transferred TRX From My Account Without Consent and Has Not Responded

I am a BtcTurk user, and on November 24, 2024, at 11:38 PM, TRX was taken from my account without my consent or awareness. I promptly reported the issue to BtcTurk, yet there has been no response, and I haven't received any updates or information about the situation. I was informed that I would receive a response soon, but it has now been three days with no communication at all. The absence of communication is quite concerning, particularly when it comes to financial issues. I kindly urge BtcTurk to address this issue with the seriousness it deserves and offer a satisfactory resolution. I relied on this platform to protect my money, and I sincerely hope they resolve this matter quickly.
