I Got Hacked on Bybit Within 24 Hours and Lost ₺700—Support Ignored My Complaint

I registered on Bybit on June 21, 2025, and within less than 24 hours, my account was hacked. I had ₺700 worth of crypto in my balance, and it was stolen without my authorization. Not only did I lose that money, but I was also blocked from placing trades, causing me additional losses due to missed opportunities. I had enabled all available security features on my account, yet somehow, it was compromised.

When I reached out to Bybit support, they brushed me off with the usual canned responses like “It wasn’t on our end,” without making any genuine effort to investigate. It’s unacceptable for a platform that markets itself as professional and secure to leave users in the dark when something this serious happens.

Bybit is ignoring my financial loss, offering no resolution, no detailed explanation, and no transparency. If this issue isn’t resolved immediately, I will pursue all possible legal channels and expose this experience across social media. I demand full accountability and the return of my stolen funds.
