On 02.07.2025, I transferred cryptocurrency from my Binance Wallet web3 account to my Bybit account. The transfer was successfully completed on the Binance side, but the funds never arrived in my Bybit wallet. Despite my urgent need for support, I could not reach anyone from the Bybit support team.
I carefully checked the transaction ID and the network, and everything was correct on my end. However, the absence of a Turkish-speaking Bybit representative made the situation even more frustrating and complicated. I am unable to use my funds for my planned investments, and this has caused me both financial and emotional stress.
