I contacted [email protected] and their Telegram channel at [https://t.me/BitgetWallet\_Turkey], but I only received automated responses. It’s frustrating that there’s no option to talk to a customer representative on the phone. This whole experience left me feeling vulnerable and powerless. I relied on Bitget to safeguard my funds, yet my money disappeared without any action on my part. I no longer feel secure using Bitget and strongly recommend that others exercise caution.
