BtcTurk Sent Me a Verification Code but I Dont Have an Account

On August 6, 2025, at 11:38 PM, I received an unsolicited identity verification code from BtcTurk. However, I do not have an account with BtcTurk, nor have I ever attempted to sign up. I have no reason to believe that someone else is using my phone number, and this is the first time such an incident has occurred. No one I know has used my number for this purpose either. I tried to contact BtcTurk about the situation but have received no response. The message only included a verification code—there was no payment or transaction information. I am requesting that steps be taken to prevent unauthorized use of my phone number, that security measures be strengthened, that I be provided with detailed information about this incident, and that my number be removed from their system. Additionally, I do not consent to any transactions being carried out using my phone number or identity information through BtcTurk, and I ask that all necessary precautions be taken regarding this matter.
