I Face Missing Luggage and No Support from British Airways on Los Angeles–London–Istanbul Flight

On July 11, 2025, I traveled with British Airways on the Los Angeles–London–Istanbul route. Unfortunately, when I arrived in Istanbul, my luggage did not. It has now been three days, and during this time, nobody from the airline has contacted me with any updates.
I tried to reach customer service through chat support, but the responses were completely unhelpful and did not provide any clarity about where my bags are or when I might receive them. For reference, my reservation number is 23N430, and I filed a missing baggage report under ISTBA38817.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated. British Airways has a growing number of complaints about lost or delayed baggage, and my experience confirms this reputation. Passengers should not be left in the dark for days without communication or updates.
I am requesting urgent information regarding the status and location of my luggage, as well as timely delivery. British Airways must improve both its baggage handling and customer support, as this level of service is unacceptable for an international carrier.
