On August 16, 2025, at 04:30 AM, I flew from Cairo to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport with AnadoluJet. After landing, I discovered that my checked baggage was missing. I immediately reported the issue at the airport and filled out a lost baggage form, where I was given a reference number: SAWVF61114.
Since then, I have not received any updates or communication from AnadoluJet or airport staff regarding the status of my luggage. The suitcase contains my clothing and several souvenirs, items that are both personal and important to me. The complete silence from customer service has left me deeply frustrated, as passengers expect at least basic transparency and follow-up in such situations.
I am requesting that AnadoluJet locate and deliver my baggage to me as soon as possible. If my luggage cannot be recovered quickly, I expect the airline to provide full compensation for my losses. I urge AnadoluJet to take responsibility and ensure proper communication and resolution for passengers facing similar issues.
