British Airways Lost 4 Bags on Flight to Turkey – No Support and Extra Costs Incurred
During our flight from Los Angeles to Turkey with a stopover in the UK on 03/05/2024, British Airways failed to deliver four of our checked bags. We have been unable to reach customer service for assistance, and no help has been provided. While filling out the baggage claim form, we missed our connecting flight from Istanbul to Ankara and had to buy new tickets, waiting 2.5 hours for the next flight. This caused significant issues for my parents, who both have chronic health conditions and have undergone bypass surgeries. We also incurred additional expenses at the airport. We demand that British Airways promptly return our bags and refund the cost of the two extra tickets we had to purchase. Please resolve this as soon as possible!
