British Airways Lost My Luggage After a Connecting Flight

We arrived on July 11, 2025, via a connecting flight from Los Angeles to London to Istanbul with British Airways, but our luggage hasn't arrived. It's been three days, and no one has called or provided any information. Customer service is available through chat and is completely unhelpful. We filed a ticket for our luggage under ISTBA38817, booking no. 23N430. Someone should say something about the status of our luggage. Most of the complaints about this airline are about this. My advice to those using connecting flights is: don't do it.
