TikTok Says Maximum Number of Attempts Reached

I have been unable to access my TikTok account with the username “2eight._” since last year. I use TikTok on an Android phone and every time I try to log in or recover my account, I receive errors such as “wrong password” and now the message “Maximum number of attempts reached. Try again later,” as shown in the attached screenshot. Because of this, I cannot log in or complete the recovery process at all. I remember my username, but despite repeatedly trying the recovery steps offered in the app, I still cannot regain access to my account. I have not yet been able to get direct support from TikTok, and the problem has been ongoing for a long time. I live in Brunei and my clear request from TikTok is to help me recover and regain access to my account with the username “2eight._” as soon as possible.
