TikTok Account Recovery Without Old Email or Phone Number

I am writing about a problem I am experiencing with my TikTok account with the username @rahmatu.usman51. I lost access to this account yesterday and I no longer remember the email address and password linked to it. When I try to log in, I see a “Verify it’s really you” screen where I am asked to continue with email or password, but I do not have access to the old email and I do not remember the password. I have already created a new TikTok account with a different phone number, but the verification codes for the old account are still being sent to the old phone number and email address that I stopped using more than a year ago, so I cannot receive any of these codes.
