About six to seven months ago, I took my Braun Carestyle 5 iron to the authorized service center because it wasn't producing enough steam and was getting clogged. I had to wait for two weeks and pay around ₺400, but they finally told me that they fixed the problem. But when I tried using it at home, I still had the same complaints. I took the iron back to get it fixed, but it ended up being a long process. Over the next five months, they tried different things to fix it, saying they found and replaced different parts, but it just kept us waiting.
I was really frustrated, so I asked for a refund, and they said yes. Before giving it back, they reached out to me, saying they had replaced all the internal parts and promised that it would work perfectly. They asked for ₺2700. I was so tired from everything that happened, but I reluctantly said yes. When I brought it home, I noticed a small steam leak coming from the drainage valve. I tightened it to fix the issue. The second try still had a small leak, and on the third try, the iron completely stopped making steam. When they brought it back, they said a hose had burst, and the replacement part came a week later. I forgot to turn off the iron again, and it's been 13 days since then.
I've never come across a service that is so unprofessional, uninformed, and dishonest. Even though I had faith in the Braun brand, the authorized service center, which had the right parts, couldn't fix the problem. This ended up being a waste of both time and money.
