Faulty Tefal Iron Ignored by Service Despite Multiple Repairs

A few months ago, I purchased a Tefal iron that has been nothing but trouble. It has been sent to Tefal's authorized service center, Ata Elektronik in İzmir, three times. Each time, it was returned with the claim that there’s “no issue.” However, the iron clearly leaks water abnormally, as shown in the videos I’ve shared.
I repeatedly reached out to Tefal for post-sales support, but they failed to follow up on the issue or provide any meaningful assistance. The service center refuses to acknowledge the problem despite clear evidence. I’m deeply frustrated by the lack of accountability and poor customer support. Buyers, beware—you might end up regretting your purchase, just like I do.
