Tefal Steam Iron Return Issue
On June 17th, I purchased a Tefal steam iron from the Metropol store, and it began leaking water within a week. When I called customer service, they suggested several checks, but the problem worsened. I took it to the service center, and they returned the product after a few days with no documentation. When I contacted customer service again and spoke with the store manager (who did everything they could, including writing to Tefal), I discovered that the water in the iron tank had been emptied. I told them I didn't want a product that was already in use, but they refused to cooperate. Instead, they gave me a 50% off voucher to use online. I got a new iron, went home, and the leakage problem reappeared. I took videos and photos, but the retailer advised me to return them to the service center because it was no longer their responsibility. I spent 5500 TL on this iron, and now I'm out of luck. Tefal's handling of the situation has been completely inept, and I am extremely disappointed. But I'm not going away; they're attempting to force their faulty product on me. If necessary, I will seek assistance from government officials.

I am being told to take the product back to the service center. What will the service center, which couldn't find a solution 15 days ago, do now when I take it back?
