Arçelik Refused to Replace My Faulty Iron Despite Recurring Issues and Warranty

In 2023, I purchased an iron from Arçelik. Over the past two years, it broke down three times in the same spot and was sent for service. The first repair was handled by the Sultangazi service center, while the second and third repairs went to the Arnavutköy service center. Each time, I requested a replacement due to the recurring issue, but the iron was simply repaired and returned. Now, with just 20 days left on my warranty, my iron has broken again in the same spot and has been sent back to the Arnavutköy service center. Despite my insistence on a replacement, they refuse to comply, citing the warranty's impending expiration. When I pushed for a solution, they scheduled a random appointment without consulting me and dropped the iron off at my door without any repairs. Upon contacting them again, I was told I could either accept a part replacement or they would not take it back. Left with no choice, I reluctantly agreed. It is unacceptable for a well-established company like Arçelik to treat its customers this way and cause such inconvenience. I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board with my receipt.

My problem has not been solved.
