Braun Iron Damaged During Repair at Authorized Service Center

I sent my iron to the Braun service center through the shipping company on August 25th because it was causing a short circuit when I plugged it in and needed to be descaled at the base. Unfortunately, I got the iron back after a month, and to my surprise, the base was completely destroyed and broken.
During the long wait, I kept calling the service center to ask when my item would be returned and if they had fixed the problems. But every time, they would just give me vague answers like ""we'll let you know when we're settled in our new location."" I'm annoyed because my questions weren't answered.
To make matters worse, the product came back completely broken, just like you can see in the pictures I sent. Feeling down and unhappy, I'm not just starting a lawsuit but also stressing the importance of Braun's service team being more responsible.
