I dropped off my Braun MQ5275BK blender at Technical Service on September 5, 2025, for repair under warranty. About a month later, I was given the wrong product, which I immediately refused to accept. I then returned the incorrect item and resubmitted my blender to the same service center.
Today is October 28, 2025, and I still haven’t received my blender back — it’s been nearly three months since I first brought it in. My service ticket number is 102501104.
During this period, I have called customer service multiple times, but I keep getting the same response: “Please wait.” No concrete solution has been offered. I use my blender daily, so this long delay has caused me serious inconvenience. On top of that, my product’s warranty expired while it was waiting at the service center.
Under my legal consumer rights, I am requesting a full refund for my product. I ask that my complaint be resolved immediately and that my losses be compensated without further delay.
