On October 25, 2024, I purchased the Tefal Pro Express GV9820 Vision Steam Generator Iron (Order No: 2746622912713879). The package arrived on November 1, 2024, but instead of the iron, I received a hand blender set (photo attached). I immediately contacted customer service, who provided a return code. I returned the incorrect item the same day via shipping (tracking number: 602884325131), and it was delivered to Tefal on November 4, 2024.

Since then, I’ve been repeatedly calling customer service, only to hear the same response that "the process is ongoing." Although they promised a refund within 7-10 business days, it has now been 18 days with no resolution.

Tefal not only sent the wrong product but also caused unnecessary delays and financial loss by withholding my refund. I demand that my refund be issued immediately, and I expect Tefal to improve their service to prevent such issues in the future.

You say "as soon as possible." There has still been no call or refund from your side. We don't even want to call customer service anymore and get frustrated because the same thing is said every time we call. I am asking you again, you sent the wrong product, provided a return code, and I sent it back. The product arrived at your warehouse on November 4th. Today is the 26th, and you still haven't issued our refund! Please make the payment now!
