I was told that I would receive a ₺500 gift voucher for Migros when I purchased a Braun kitchen robot for ₺5,500. I made the purchase on April 10th, knowing that it would take a month for the voucher to be activated. I agreed to this. But they should have given us the information about this process from the beginning. A month later, after I first took part in the campaign, they promised to get back to me within a week, but I never heard anything from them. Even though they said everything was fine in the recorded calls, I got rejected almost three weeks later because of problems with the product code. After I uploaded it again, another 3-4 weeks went by, and this time, they rejected it because the invoice was unreadable. I went to the store, got a new bill, and was told to give it another shot. After waiting for two months without getting any response, I let both Fakir and the store know. Now, they're saying that the campaign period is over. I never got any information about when the campaign was happening or when it finished. The messages I got just said that I successfully took part, but they didn't mention when the campaign would end. Basically, they never gave me the voucher they promised, and I'm really disappointed with Braun and their customer service. There isn't a real voucher, only a bunch of lies. They should be ashamed.
