Garanti BBVA Denied My ₺435 Bonus from QR Payment Campaign at Migros Stores

Garanti Bank BBVA does not accept their mistake regarding their campaigns. In September, I participated in the campaigns "Earn ₺100 Bonus for your purchases made with QR Payments" and "Earn ₺1500 Bonus for your school purchases of ₺1200 with GarantiPay." I made three purchases over ₺1000 each at Migros stores selected from the maps via the 'Where' button in the app using a QR code, but they were excluded from the campaign because these stores were not participating merchants. When I contacted customer service, only one of my complaints was registered, and there was no need to open a record for the other. Migros was blamed for the issue. When I spoke to Migros, I was informed that they use a single common POS system at the checkout and do not have a special POS device for Garanti Bank BBVA. I then told the customer representative that my previous payments made at the same merchant with my credit card were accepted as part of the campaign, but only the payments made with the QR code were accepted. I requested that the error be corrected and the bonus points I earned from the campaign be credited. However, when the points were credited, I saw that this mistake was not corrected. As a result, due to the bank's error, I missed out on a bonus of ₺435 from these two campaigns, as three of my transactions were not included in the campaign. This month, they launched another campaign for QR and mobile payments. BİM and Migros appear valid in the market category in the app. But for any campaign transactions, I will never use QR codes with Garanti Bank BBVA credit cards.
