The product I bought on 29.06.2023 through the online platform on 29.06.2023 has not arrived despite exceeding the legal delivery period of 2 to 10 working days, order number 1114072825, I am complaining, we gave it to the cargo. I do not accept invalid answers such as contact the cargo company, I do not know the cargo company, I bought the product from you and it still has not arrived, you are the one who deals with the cargo company, and the responsibility belongs to you, which Horoz Logistics is already aware of the subject.
