Bosch Online Store Delivery Delays
I ordered a cordless upright vacuum (Product No. 1114242574) from the Bosch online store 5 business days ago, and the product has yet to be shipped from the factory. How will they get it from Tekirdag to Antalya in 10 days if it took them 5 days to get it? They have not even begun the shipping process. There have been numerous complaints about this issue, and if I had known, I would not have purchased from the online store. Bosch's website seems incredibly careless and shows little regard for customers. The representatives on their live chat support keep repeating themselves, but I doubt they've escalated the situation to the appropriate authorities. Immediate improvements are required in this area. It is not recommended!
Progress
There has been no progress. The same sentences are being repeated. I am not receiving the necessary assistance. There are 3 days left until the order deadline. According to what they say, it has been supplied, but I don't believe it. The product hasn't even left the Tekirdağ factories.
