Bosch Order Cancelled After 20 Days
On 29.04.2025, I bought a dishwasher from Bosch (www.bosch-home.com.tr) website with the order number 1119195716) Serie 2 Semi-Built-in Dishwasher 60 cm Stainless steel SMI25DS01T) When I called customer service many times for the delivery of the product, I was told that your product would be delivered to you within 20 days and this is written when creating the order as delivery within 2-20 days. As can be seen in my orders, the product has reached the delivery stage and the preparation stage has been reached, but today (20.05.2025) 22 days have passed and customer service calls me and says that your order is canceled because the product cannot be supplied and they are educating me and hang up. I guess I should say thank you very much for the trouble you caused, etc. for feedback. - If you cannot supply the product, why do you offer it for sale on your site? - Does it occur to you after 22 days that you cannot supply it? The product is either in your warehouse or not, in the production line, the product is either in the production phase or not. We are not playing a game of chance so that these processes can be determined later? If the production planning, warehouse and shipping team of such a well-established company does not work devotedly and disciplined in such matters, why is the end user to blame? - If you are calling and canceling with an unacceptable reason from the end user's perspective, create a solution process, please approach the end user, that is, the customer, with positive solutions without rushing, of course it is not my place to teach you your job, but we are forced to say that you are not doing your job properly and unfortunately we are the victims as the end user.
