My Bosch Online Vacuum Order Missing

After becoming a member, I ordered a vacuum cleaner from Bosch's official website on July 7, 2023. But when I logged into my account, I was disappointed to see that my order wasn't in the "My Orders" section. Even though I talked to customer service three times about the problem, they couldn't fix it. They told me the product would be shipped within 10 days, but it's been much longer than that, and my online order still can't be found. I've been paying for the installment on time, but I still can't find the vacuum. I deeply regret putting my order through Bosch's online platform. I hope a responsible person from Bosch will get in touch with me and help me figure this out. I've given up on this site after reading other people's complaints about it.
