My Bosch Serie 4 10KG 1200 RPM WGA25200TR Washer Has Not Been Delivered

I ordered a Bosch Serie 4 10KG 1200 RPM WGA25200TR BRAND/MODEL washing machine from the Bosch-Home website on June 28, 2023, paying 14,730 TL. I have yet to receive my washing machine as of August 8, 2023. Despite the fact that I paid the second installment with my credit card, the machine has yet to be delivered. My interactions with customer service, which seemed dismissive and casual, have tainted my opinion of the Bosch brand. I'm asked for my information again every time I contact them, and the response is always the same: "We can't view your invoice right now." My issue is still unresolved. The logistics company is blamed, but no concrete solution is offered. The fact that I paid 14,700 TL for a machine worth 18,260 TL and they're now attempting to refund me before delivering the product only adds to my annoyance. Unfulfilled promises from Bosch, delivery delays beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, and a lack of responsiveness from their customer service have prompted me to file a complaint. It's truly disappointing that even a reputable brand like Bosch engages in such behavior. I'm prepared to take legal action if the delivery is not made because I'm without a working washing machine. This is my only remaining option.
