Delayed Delivery and Price Drop of Bosch WTW85420TR Washing Machine
I bought a washing machine from your store with the code WTW85420TR on January 17, 2023. I paid 20,250 TL for it. But it's been almost three months, and I still haven't got it. I was told two days ago that the machine would arrive next week. During this time, I've had a lot of trouble, and now the price of the same machine has gone down to 17,000 TL. I could have bought it for this less money if I had bought it now. So, I'm contacting the Bosch-authorized unit to find out how my problem will be fixed and to ask for compensation for the trouble it has caused. I think it's only fair that my pain ends, and I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
