I tell them I already use the best brands, but the technician insists on his opinion. When I ask which brand I should use, they simply say, 'Use Bosch detergent.' It's honestly quite ridiculous. The technical service has turned into pure marketers, but they're extremely off-putting. My brand new machine produces poorly washed clothes with an enduring stench.
