Bosch Washer Rips Fabrics
I bought a Bosch washing machine three years ago, and it's been nothing but trouble. I've lost count of the number of times I've had to call for assistance. The most recent visit was from an engineer who attempted to blame us for the machine's problems. When I first purchased the machine, they claimed to have repaired a torn drum gasket. However, the issues persisted, with the machine leaving stains, tearing my clothes, and emitting a foul odor. Even the engineer who came to see us agreed that it was because of the faulty gasket. But now they're trying to make us pay half the price as if we're to blame. The old Bosch quality has vanished.
