Bosch Ruined My Clothes With Their Dryer - Still Refuses to Admit Any Fault

Buying a Bosch dryer has been nothing but regret. I purchased a Bosch brand dryer, and after the first couple of uses, it began ruining more and more of my clothes. I reported the issue to the company during the first week after purchase. Instead of accepting responsibility, they claimed that dryers can’t leave marks and suggested that it might be due to deodorant, perfume, or cosmetics—or possibly because my clothes were made of cotton. I mean, is there anyone who doesn’t use deodorant or own cotton clothes? After much insistence, I finally convinced Bosch to perform a fabric test. As shown in the photos, even the clothes they brought—ones that supposedly don’t stain easily—ended up with marks. Yet they still claimed the dryer wasn’t faulty and shifted the blame to the washing machine. On top of that, they insisted we buy a detergent to clean our washing machine, saying it was mandatory. When I mentioned that even their own garments stained, they sarcastically replied, “What do you expect us to bring—Zara clothes?” What about all my expensive clothes that are now ruined? I’ve made it clear that I never had this issue in three years of using my washer before buying this dryer, but they continue to dodge responsibility by blaming deodorant. It’s been months, and despite my repeated attempts to find a solution, I’m still left with damaged clothing and no resolution. As seen in the photo and video, I am yet another customer harmed by Bosch’s dryer. It's unacceptable that a company would go to such lengths to deny a clear product issue—even when their own test items are visibly affected.
