Bosch Washing Machine Still Smells Bad After Service and No Real Solution Offered

I took my Bosch washing machine in for service because my laundry was coming out smelling bad and full of dust, but sadly, nothing has changed since then. I reached out to customer service, and they mentioned that the problem could be related to the textile products I'm using. They shared some tips on how to avoid it. Even though I paid for the service, I'm still facing the same issue, and I haven't gotten a real solution. This experience has got me reconsider my choice of Bosch products, and I think anyone thinking about their washing machines should think things through before making a purchase.
