I am utterly disappointed with the Bosch washing machine I purchased, as it has failed to wash anything effectively since the day we bought it. It refuses to clean both whites and colored garments, leaving stains untouched. Moreover, our clothes end up torn or shredded during the wash cycle. Despite contacting the dealer multiple times and having the service team visit, no improvement has been achieved. Later, an engineer from the factory was sent, claiming there was no issue with the machine and suggesting we try different cleaning products from other brands. We followed their recommendations diligently, but the machine still fails to fulfill its primary cleaning duties. This has been the case since the machine was installed. To prevent garments from further damage, we were advised to use special washing bags, but even then, detergent residue remains on the clothes, requiring manual cleaning after each wash. I have never seen a machine like this before. We chose Bosch based on its reputation, but receiving such a machine and facing a lack of resolution has been extremely draining. I demand either a replacement with a genuinely reliable washing machine befitting the brand's name or a full refund for the machine, which should be collected by the company.
