Although the Bosch washing machine went to repair twice in 10 days, the malfunction was not resolved. When Bosch service came, it was said that the resistance was broken and the resistance was changed, but the machine did not work. When Bosch service came for the second time, they took the machine away, brought it 10 days later, they said that the video card, motor card, power card, processor were changed and charged a total of 6500 TL, but the machine's malfunction still continues, it did not wash even once. When I called the service again, he made an appointment for 5 days later and was told that a fault finding fee would be charged. My machine has never been repaired, would it be such a frivolity? A lot of parts have been changed, not even checked for working. I have never seen such careless, indifferent, irresponsible service. I want my money back.
