My Bosch Home professional washing machine has a history of breakdowns and operational issues. Due to these issues, I had to replace the control board in 2021, but just 1.5 years later, the same issue resurfaced, and I had to go through the same costly repairs again. I was forced to pay a whopping 10,500 TL in 2023 for two different breakdowns. I'm requesting reimbursement for the costs I incurred. I strongly advise potential buyers considering a new washing machine not to go with Bosch. The recurring breakdowns and financial burden of repairs have been extremely inconvenient. When investing in appliances, it's critical to make an informed decision, and in my experience, Bosch has been anything but dependable.
