Bosch Washing Machine Tore My Clothes 6 Times, I Got No Real Help!

Bosch washing machine is a complete regret! Don't let it near you. The machine we bought 3 years ago has been repaired 6 times. They said it was done every time but we are tired of calling service. It tore our laundry and tulle, we are tired of it! The last time it tore our jeans, we called the service and the sullen and uninterested staff came and said there was nothing.
