Bosch So-Called Best Washing Machine Doesn't Work!

About 4 months ago, I bought the top model of Bosch washing machine, which is "supposedly" the best and highest quality washing machine of this brand. 1 week after I bought it, it malfunctioned and the screen blinked by itself for 1 day and did not work no matter what we did. So we couldn't use the machine for 2 days until the service came. The service came and said that it was a digital malfunction and said that it was working now and left. A month passed and the same malfunction occurred again, we made a video recording, they said to reset it by phone, they said we did not need to come, we said okay. They applied the process and it worked. 2 days ago in the evening, it gave the same malfunction again, we waited, it did not get better and we created a service record yesterday. The customer representative said that the service would come tomorrow during the day and that we should wait and that they could not give a time. We left work and waited for the service until the evening. At 15. Te service called and said that they were busy and could not come. Wait 1 more day and we will come tomorrow. Aside from waiting, our children's clothes stunk in this heat. Everything that needs to be washed is waiting. There is work left for the 4th day. We have been victimized and disappointed in every sense before the 6th month. We have been victimized 3 times in a row. And it cannot be fixed.
