Bosch Authorized Service Irresponsibility

Since the Bosch washing machine I was using broke down, I called Bosch customer service and opened a service record. The incoming service said that the heater residence of the product was faulty and that they would take the machine, repair it, clean it, and bring it back. They told us that the machine was repaired and arrived 10 days later. When the machine started after installation, it leaked. Also, when I looked, the cover of the machine was changed, the inner tube was changed, and the spare parts were installed. When I ask the service, I get the answer worn out during cleaning and the word she said to me is to complain wherever you want. Does such a service suit such a brand? I pay a service fee, this is the attitude of the service. Every time I buy a product, I see the words of Robert Bosch, your company founder, who said, "I would rather lose money than lose people's trust," in your authorized dealer.
