Hello, I bought a Bosch brand refrigerator model KGN55CIEON in May 2023 last year. The fridge malfunctioned after 8 months, the service came and replaced the cooling section, but 10 days later, the vegetables in the crisper drawer froze. The service came and placed 3 thermometers in the fridge, and when the section that should normally be +4 degrees came out as -4, they said the fridge would be replaced with a new one (of course, these processes took a long time and there was constant phone traffic). Anyway, the new fridge arrived, but after 1 month, the motor of the new fridge started making loud noises. The service came and this time they said the motor of the 1-month-old new fridge needed to be replaced. Naturally, I did not accept this replacement. I called Bosch Customer Service, and they directed me to Ms. Kübra from the regional office, but after this situation exceeded her authority, they directed me to Ms. Merve from the Bosch headquarters. I told them that I no longer wanted to use the Bosch fridge model KGN55CIEON and that I wanted the KGN56LBEON Combi No Frost Black Glass fridge instead. I was told that I needed to pay the price difference, so to avoid further inconvenience, I added an additional 10,000 TL and bought the KGN56LBEON Combi No Frost fridge. My only expectation from Bosch from now on is to send my fridge to me as soon as possible, no later than July 2, 2024. I conclude my complaint with the words of your founder, "I would rather lose money than lose people's trust." Put an end to this never-ending inconvenience.
