Bosch Refrigerator Replacement Request
I purchased a Bosch refrigerator eight months ago. Two months after purchase, the refrigerator malfunctioned and a technician was sent. They replaced the top shelf cooler, but ten days later, all the produce in the top shelf vegetable compartment froze. I reported the issue again, and another technician arrived. They installed a new part, but this time, the newly installed part also failed. The vegetable compartment temperature dropped to -4 degrees Celsius, causing all the vegetables, fruits, and other items to spoil. Unfortunately, we had to throw everything away.
The technician returned and placed measuring devices. The result was that the refrigerator needed to be replaced due to the -4 degrees Celsius temperature. During this process, my family lost four kilograms. We were stressed and frustrated due to the inability to use the refrigerator. We were in constant communication with Bosch customer representatives and headquarters.
We experienced an unexpected and ongoing process from Bosch. Today, a new refrigerator was delivered, but it was also dented. Naturally, I refused to accept it and returned it. The refrigerator, delivered by Borusan Logistics, was seemingly not transported with the care required for fragile items.
I am currently waiting for a call from an authorized representative from Bosch headquarters. They have been causing me distress for weeks now. I will now have to wait for a new refrigerator from scratch. Who knows how many more times I will need to contact the service center and headquarters.
Finally, I would like to share a quote from your founder: "I would rather lose money than lose people's trust." Unfortunately, I have lost my trust in Bosch. I urgently request that a new refrigerator be procured and delivered today or tomorrow.

Hello, I bought a Bosch brand refrigerator model KGN55CIEON in May 2023 last year. The fridge malfunctioned after 8 months, the service came and replaced the cooling section, but 10 days later, the vegetables in the crisper drawer froze. The service came and placed 3 thermometers in the fridge, and when the section that should normally be +4 degrees came out as -4, they said the fridge would be replaced with a new one (of course, these processes took a long time and there was constant phone traffic). Anyway, the new fridge arrived, but after 1 month, the motor of the new fridge started making loud noises. The service came and this time they said the motor of the 1-month-old new fridge needed to be replaced. Naturally, I did not accept this replacement. I called Bosch Customer Service, and they directed me to Ms. Kübra from the regional office, but after this situation exceeded her authority, they directed me to Ms. Merve from the Bosch headquarters. I told them that I no longer wanted to use the Bosch fridge model KGN55CIEON and that I wanted the KGN56LBEON Combi No Frost Black Glass fridge instead. I was told that I needed to pay the price difference, so to avoid further inconvenience, I added an additional 10,000 TL and bought the KGN56LBEON Combi No Frost fridge. My only expectation from Bosch from now on is to send my fridge to me as soon as possible, no later than July 2, 2024. I conclude my complaint with the words of your founder, "I would rather lose money than lose people's trust." Put an end to this never-ending inconvenience.

Hello, when we previously spoke with Ms. Merve from your Bosch regional office, she informed me that the refrigerator was in stock as of June 27, 2024. Therefore, I don't understand why the product that is in stock has not yet been delivered to me. After Ms. Merve, I spoke with Mr. Ali, who told me that the product was in stock and that I would receive an SMS regarding the logistics process. However, I still haven't received an SMS since our conversation on Friday, June 28, 2024. Today, another representative told my spouse that the product is not in stock. I am urgently awaiting a response. If there are any of these products available in your Izmir Kemalpaşa or Izmir branches, could you please plan an urgent shipment of a sealed box to me?
