Request for Bosch Refrigerator Replacement and Refund of Unnecessary Fees

I have been a Bosch user for 21 years. I purchased my Bosch brand refrigerator 5 years ago. During this time, a second compressor was installed outside of the warranty period because the compressor was faulty, and it cost almost half the price. The company did not charge for the compressor as part of customer satisfaction. Now, it has been 1 month since the refrigerator froze vegetables, fruits, and food. I paid 900.00 TL for the sensor and other parts that needed to be replaced. However, since it was still freezing, I was informed that the installation of two devices inside the refrigerator would detect the temperature inside and report it to the central system, and my refrigerator would be replaced with a new one when needed. Furthermore, we paid 900.00 TL for the replaced parts, even though they were not faulty. Considering the current circumstances, I respectfully request a refund of the 900.00 TL fee I was charged for the non-faulty parts and the replacement of my refrigerator. I also request contact information for the authorized individuals I can reach out to.
