My Bosch Refrigerator Is Noisy and Faulty, Replacement Request Denied

I purchased a Bosch refrigerator, trusting the brand’s reputation, but since day one, it has been extremely noisy. I reported the issue twice, and during the service visits, I was told the lower section of the refrigerator isn’t working and that the mainboard and two other parts need to be replaced. For an appliance only 8 months old, this level of malfunction is unacceptable. I refused the repairs as it doesn’t make sense for such a new refrigerator to require so many replacements. I requested a replacement, but Bosch denied it. I’m left feeling disappointed, not just by the faulty refrigerator but also by the damage to my stored items and the inconvenience caused. I urge Bosch to stand by its products and replace this defective refrigerator immediately. Customers shouldn’t have to suffer due to poor quality control.
