Need to Replace My Bosch Refrigerator Due to Problems

Hello,
As a loyal Bosch user, I purchased a Bosch refrigerator last year. Since then, I have been frustrated with constant malfunctions. I have contacted service multiple times regarding the refrigerator not cooling properly, but they dismissed my concerns as normal.
When I placed a digital thermometer inside the fridge, it never dropped below 10 degrees. Initially, they changed the door seals twice, but each time the lower freezer door remained open when we left the house, causing everything to spoil. They finally identified an insulation issue and said they would replace a part. I was left without a refrigerator for 4 days.
Yesterday afternoon, the part arrived, and they replaced it, instructing me to wait 6 hours before turning it on. However, when we turned it on, the refrigerator had not cooled at all, and the inside temperature was 28 degrees. I am tired of these ongoing issues and request a replacement for this refrigerator.
You cannot leave me in such a hot city without a functioning appliance. If necessary, I will seek my rights in the Consumer Court. I have also sent this message to Bosch's headquarters.

Look, today is Monday, Adana is 40 degrees hot, and the service still hasn't arrived. We've been experiencing this disgrace for a week. Bosch, you made me regret my purchase. I will write about this everywhere, including all social media platforms and Bosch Germany.
