Bosch Delivered a Faulty Refrigerator and Delayed Replacement

We purchased a refrigerator from Bosch, and the delivery team brought it into our home. The service team set it up, but the appliance turned out to be defective from the start. We contacted Bosch, and a technician confirmed the issue, stating that a replacement unit would be sent from the factory.

When the replacement arrived a few days later, the delivery team refused to bring it upstairs, claiming the service team needed to remove the doors first. Since no service team arrived, the new refrigerator was taken back. It has now been six days, and despite creating a service request, we have not received any updates.

All our food has spoiled, and we are left chasing after Bosch for a resolution. This is unacceptable. We demand immediate delivery and installation of a functioning refrigerator and better communication moving forward.
