On 18.07.2024, I placed an order for a Bosch Climate CL2000U w 35 e a++ 12000 BTU Wall Mounted Air Conditioner from hepsiburada.com. The product was delivered on 22.07.2024. There was a phone number on the box for contacting the seller. Following the instructions, I reached out to the seller and provided the product's serial number. A record was then created. It was mentioned that the service will contact you to schedule an appointment. It's been 10 days and I haven't received any communication regarding the appointment or installation. I'm wondering when they will reach out and provide some clarity. The name of the air conditioner seems quite absurd to me. Unfortunately, Vestel's service network is not reliable, which is why I couldn't get my previous air conditioner repaired. Frustrated with the situation, I decided to order a new air conditioner, assuming that Bosch, being a German brand, would offer better quality. However, it turned out to be even worse than Vestel. It's disappointing that you rely on self-proclaimed experts who lack the necessary knowledge and experience to properly serve your customers. It's important to have a team of dedicated employees who can provide the level of service your brand should be known for. After enduring 10 days of sweltering summer heat, the uncertainty of how much longer I'll have to wait adds to the frustration. It seems like you're implying that we don't value our customers and that there are no rules to follow. I cannot forgive you. Please address my concerns promptly and proceed with the installation of this air conditioner. Finally, I am completely exhausted from enduring this unbearable heat for such an extended period of time.
