Placed My Order on Bosch's Official Website and Canceled Later, Refund Process Not Finished
On November 12, 2023, I placed an order for a cordless vacuum cleaner with order number 1115031999 on the official website https://www.bosch-home.com.tr/. On the same day, I called customer service at 444 6 333 to cancel the order and pay with another card in installments. They assured me that the refund would be processed within 14 days. However, it has been over a month, and despite my 5-6 calls, the refund has not been issued. Additionally, my order with the number 1115025820, placed with a credit card that was supposed to be in 6 installments, was split into 3 installments. I discussed this with S****, but there has been no positive response. Furthermore, the product had been opened before, and the wall mounting screws were missing. Instead, random screws were included. This experience has revealed how unprofessional this company can be.
