Bosch Does Not Provide Customer Support The Problematic Refrigerator

. We have bought a refrigerator, brand of Bosch on 28th of July, 2020. Right after we started to use it, we have realised that there was a problem for freezing and we called for a service to report the problem. M**** G******** who was responsible tecnician at Sarıyer district told us that everything was normal. However, our complains has continued. Very briefly the problem was as follows; whenever the door of refrigerator was open the freezer door was open as well. Therefore freezer was contacting Air and all the foods stored always with ice in it. Even though we have reported several time to responsible service of Bosch Turkey, we haven't have any solution for that problem so far. We believe that there might be a fault on refrigerator when we bought it. Since we have already tried to do our best in Turkey, we have decided to escalate the problem to you to find a solution.
